Returning Product to FlowerConcept.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our unique products, you may return the products to us within 14 days of the date you receive your order. A refund of your order cost, minus shipping&handling charge will be refunded to your credit card that you made your purchase with. Please note that the product must be undamaged and in original condition to be consider refundable. Allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to you credit card.

Return Instructions:
Call us at 216-849-5233 and leave a message with your order number located on you order shipping slip. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including all paper work. Cut out the return label on the left, write in the your order number and affix it to your return package (we only accept returns with this number.) Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using United State Postal Service. Please indicate FRAGILE on the box when shipping your return.
